Vocational Rehabilitation

AMHS-KFLA is undergoing a transformation to strengthen local mental health and addictions services and respond to a growing demand for care across our communities.

Our transformation plan includes making changes to some of the services we currently offer in an effort to increase out core program capacity and enhance our clinical models of care as we continue to support the recovery journeys of clients we serve.

In keeping with this direction, AMHS-KFLA will be discontinuing the Vocational Rehabilitation program, effective June 28, 2019.

Moving forward, clients of AMHS-KFLA who have identified vocational goals will be supported by their worker within the Case Management program, in collaboration with community employment service providers, and within our ACTT program via the team’s Vocational Specialist.

Referral partners will need to direct referrals for employment supports to other community partners, and can obtain information on available service providers through these and other sources:

South East Healthline online via or by calling 310-2222 (no area code required) 7 days a week.

2-1-1 via or by calling 211 from any phone.
