Understanding Addiction provides weekly support to those on a waitlist for addiction treatment services. Rotating modules include Triggers & Coping Strategies, Self-Care, Coping with Negative Thoughts, Mindfulness and more. Abstinence is not a requirement, however we ask that you not attend if under the influence.
