Cooking Connections is a free 9 Week program combining cooking classes with guided education and discussions related to stigma and social isolation. 

Participation is free and subsidies are available for transportation and childcare.

  • Receive a delicious meal and food to take home each week
  • Work on an individualized social inclusion plan 
  • Receive a copy of the Overcoming Stigma Workbook to support recovery 
  • At the end of the program, take home an individualized kitchenware package and recipes

2019 Winter Sessions available on Tuesdays at Princess St United Church, or Fridays at the Rideau Heights Community Centre

Participants will be asked to attend an intake appointment and be able to commit to the 9-week program.
