Accreditation is an important quality improvement process for an organization to experience. The accreditation process demonstrates to our valued stakeholders (persons served, families, staff, community partners, funders) that we strive to ensure our services are of the highest quality by meeting internationally recognized standards.

In 2019 we will be applying for Accreditation through the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). This will be the first accreditation survey for AMHS-KFLA since the agency was created through the amalgamation of Frontenac Community Mental Health and Addiction Services (FCMHAS) and Lennox and Addington Addiction and Community Mental Health Services (LAACMHS) in 2015.
